Key Responsibilities

Prepare supplementary materials such as worksheets, reading lists, and discussion guides.
Student Support and Guidance
Mentor students on academic and personal development, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Organize and lead extracurricular activities like debate clubs, drama performances, and literary contests.
Maintain open communication with parents, sharing progress reports and addressing concerns promptly.
Qualifications
Post graduate degree required; B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching positions.
TET/CTET preferred, though not compulsory.
Strong command over English grammar, literature, and composition.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience, preferably in a reputed school setting.
Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse classroom and deliver results.
Experience with curriculum design and student assessment is an added advantage.
Compensation
Salary range: Rs.25,000 - Rs.40,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
