Role Summary
The TGT Hindi Teacher will be responsible for teaching Hindi to students from grades 6 to 8. The role involves planning lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a love for Hindi literature and language. Skd Academy expects the teacher to create an engaging classroom environment where students actively participate and improve their Hindi skills.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan and deliver Hindi lessons following the school curriculum and NCERT guidelines.
2. Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and assignments for students in grades 6 to 8.
3. Conduct regular assessments, including tests and quizzes, to evaluate student understanding.
4. Provide individual attention to students who need extra help with Hindi grammar or literature.
5. Organize cultural activities, debates, and Hindi language competitions within the school.
6. Maintain accurate records of attendance, marks, and progress reports for each student.
7. Collaborate with other Hindi teachers to share resources and improve teaching strategies.
Who Can Apply
Graduates in Hindi with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school are eligible. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not required. Candidates with experience in Hindi Teaching Job in Lucknow will be given preference.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from Rs.20,000 to Rs.40,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
