Teaching Responsibilities
Unity College | Lucknow invites a dedicated TGT to lead History classes across secondary and higher secondary streams. The candidate will design curriculum aligned with the Uttar Pradesh board standards, deliver engaging lectures, and conduct assessments for classes 9 to 12. Continuous classroom interaction, use of local historical contexts, and integration of digital resources are expected. The role includes preparing detailed lesson plans, monitoring student progress, and maintaining a conducive learning environment.
Research Expectations
The TGT will pursue research that complements the teaching mission of Unity College | Lucknow. Projects may explore regional histories, archival studies, or comparative analyses relevant to Uttar Pradesh. Regular attendance at faculty research meetings, participation in departmental seminars, and collaboration with senior faculty on interdisciplinary studies are required. Publication Expectations
All candidates are expected to publish at least one peer‑reviewed article annually in a recognised History journal or conference proceeding. Qualification
