Role
The TGT Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom instruction in mathematics. This includes designing engaging lesson plans, explaining complex concepts clearly, and ensuring students grasp both theoretical and practical aspects of the subject. The teacher will also monitor student progress, provide additional support where needed, and maintain a structured yet interactive teaching environment.
Qualification
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory for this position. A postgraduate qualification in Mathematics or a related field is highly preferred. Holding a TET or CTET certificate will be an added advantage, as it demonstrates readiness to teach in Uttar Pradesh schools.
Experience
Candidates with at least four years of teaching experience, preferably in high school mathematics, are encouraged to apply. Experience in creating innovative teaching methods, especially for students at the upper secondary level, will be beneficial.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will develop and implement curriculum-based assessments to evaluate student performance. They will also collaborate with school management to align teaching methods with academic standards. Additionally, the teacher will participate in extracurricular activities, such as math competitions or workshops, to enhance students’ interest in the subject.
Compensation
