Organize extracurricular activities, such as math clubs or competitions, to encourage a deeper appreciation for the subject. Stay updated on educational trends and innovative teaching techniques to continuously improve your methods.
Ensure compliance with school policies regarding curriculum implementation, assessment practices, and student safety. Participate in school events, including parent-teacher meetings and academic workshops, to strengthen your role within the educational community.
The ideal candidate holds a postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field with at least two years of teaching experience. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, along with a valid TET/CTET certificate. Salary for this full-time position is Rs.18,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. This role is based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
