How You Will Teach
At Skd Academy, we utilize smart boards, Google Classroom, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and blended learning approaches to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. As a TGT Mathematics Teacher, you will be expected to use these tools to create and deliver lessons, track student progress, and communicate with parents. You will be teaching Mathematics to students from Classes VI to X, and will be required to use a variety of digital resources and tools to make learning fun and interactive.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teach Mathematics to students from Classes VI to X using a range of teaching methods, including interactive whiteboards, multimedia resources, and hands-on activities.
2. Use Google Classroom to create and distribute learning materials, track student progress, and facilitate online discussions.
3. Utilize LMS to create and manage online courses, assignments, and quizzes.
4. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that integrate technology, math concepts, and real-world applications.
5. Use digital tools to assess student learning, including online quizzes, rubrics, and feedback mechanisms.
6. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians through email, phone calls, and parent-teacher meetings.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement integrated Mathematics curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
8. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in Mathematics education.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). A recognized Teaching Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certificate is preferred, but not mandatory.
