Key Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver age-appropriate Physical Education lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, covering sports, fitness, and team activities.
2. Organize and lead extracurricular sports events, including inter-house competitions, tournaments, and fitness challenges at Sr Global School | Lucknow.
3. Monitor student participation in sports clubs, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and fair play principles.
4. Develop and update PE lesson plans incorporating modern training methods and inclusive practices for diverse student abilities.
5. Collaborate with school management to promote physical wellness initiatives, such as health camps, nutrition workshops, and wellness programs.
6. Maintain records of student sports achievements, attendance, and progress in physical activities.
7. Participate in school events, including parent-teacher meetings, to discuss PE-related developments and student performance.
8. Ensure compliance with school policies on equipment handling, hygiene, and emergency procedures during sports activities.
9. Adapt teaching methods to engage students from different backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity in all PE programs.
10. Assist in organizing school trips, outdoor activities, and adventure programs where physical education is a core component.
