Skd Academy, a leading educational institution in Lucknow, requires a dynamic and experienced VICE PRINCIPAL to lead our academic administration team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the educational policies and directions of Skd Academy, ensuring that our students receive the best possible education.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for academic administration.
- Oversee the recruitment and training of teaching staff.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance, attendance, and behavior.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as TET and CTET.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, teachers, and the local community.
- Participate in school planning and budgeting.
- Supervise the management of school resources, including infrastructure and staff.
- Collaborate with other school leaders to achieve strategic goals.
- Ensure the overall well-being and safety of students and staff.
Required Qualifications
Skd Academy requires a postgraduate degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in educational administration. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is preferred, but not essential. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
