6. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to student mental health and well-being.
7. Provide training and workshops for teachers and staff on mental health issues and support strategies.
8. Stay updated on best practices and research in the field of school counselling.
Required Qualifications
A graduate degree in Psychology or a related field is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Computer proficiency is essential, with experience in using software applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
