Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement the Science curriculum for classes 9 to 12, ensuring alignment with CBSE guidelines.
- Teach Science to classes 9 to 12, preparing engaging lesson plans and delivering high-quality instruction.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members, providing support and guidance to enhance their teaching skills.
- Analyze and improve board results for Science, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to enhance student performance.
- Manage and maintain the Science laboratory, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for students.
- Develop and implement innovative projects and activities to promote Science education and encourage student participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute school events, exhibitions, and competitions related to Science.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Zoology) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- NET or SET in Science or a related subject is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong academic background and excellent teaching skills.
- Experience in managing a team and mentoring junior staff members.
