- Coordinate with external agencies and organizations to foster partnerships and collaborations.
- Conduct staff evaluations and provide feedback for professional growth.
- Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment for students and staff.
- Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement long-term plans and strategies for the school's growth and development.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for the Vice Principal position, applicants must have a postgraduate degree and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in school administration and leadership roles. Candidates with TET or CTET certification will also be given preference.
