About This Role
St Joseph World School in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh is seeking an experienced Music professional to lead our music program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music and excellent leadership skills.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan and coordinate music events and activities in the school.
2. Develop and implement music curriculum for students.
3. Supervise and mentor music instructors and staff.
4. Manage music resources and budget.
5. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to integrate music into the curriculum.
6. Organize music competitions and performances.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with local music organizations and artists.
8. Represent the school in music-related events and conferences.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, candidates must hold a post-graduate degree in Music or a related field. A minimum of two years of experience in music administration or leadership is required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is not mandatory for this role, but TET or CTET certification is preferred.
