Day-to-Day Duties
1. Prepare and deliver Mathematics lessons to students from Class 1 to Class 10.
2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to cater to diverse learning styles.
3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
4. Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment results.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement Mathematics curriculum.
6. Provide individual support to students who require extra help.
7. Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.
8. Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress.
9. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification from a recognized institution.
- A strong command of Mathematics concepts and theories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good to Have:
- CTET or TET certification.
- Experience teaching Mathematics in a school setting.
- Familiarity with the school curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Ability to use technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- Fluency in Hindi and English languages.
