Lord Krishna Educational Academy in Mainpuri seeks an experienced TGT Physical Education Teacher to lead dynamic sports programs for students. This role focuses on fostering physical fitness, teamwork, and discipline through structured activities, games, and sports training.
You will design and implement daily PE classes, ensuring age-appropriate drills, competitions, and skill development. Conducting outdoor activities like cricket, football, basketball, and track events while maintaining safety protocols is essential. Organize inter-house sports events, tournaments, and extracurricular programs to boost student engagement.
Teach fundamental sports techniques, rules, and strategies while motivating students to excel. Collaborate with the principal and staff to integrate PE into the curriculum, ensuring alignment with school policies. Monitor student participation, attendance, and progress, providing constructive feedback to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with school rules regarding sports equipment, uniforms, and health guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized sports facility and assist in organizing school events like sports day and annual fairs.
Qualified candidates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and at least 4 years of teaching experience in Physical Education are eligible. A valid TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. The monthly salary for this position is Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 40,000. Full-time employment is offered.
