Day-to-Day Duties
Organize and supervise Art And Craft classes for students of various age groups.
Plan and execute art exhibitions, competitions, and workshops to promote creative expression.
Develop and implement Art And Craft curriculum aligned with school policies and standards.
Collaborate with teachers to integrate Art And Craft with other subjects, enhancing the learning experience.
Maintain a well-equipped Art And Craft room, ensuring a safe and inspiring environment.
Assist in recruiting and training Art And Craft staff, including teachers and volunteers.
Communicate with parents and students regarding Art And Craft programs and activities.
Monitor and evaluate Art And Craft initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Graduate degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in a similar Art And Craft role.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good to Have:
- Teaching experience, preferably with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
- Certification in Art And Craft pedagogy or related field.
- Experience working with children in Art And Craft settings.
