What You Will Do
As an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - Deep Learning, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate students in the department of computer science and engineering. Your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching courses in deep learning, machine learning, and related areas to undergraduate and graduate students
- Conducting research in deep learning and publishing papers in top-tier journals
- Supervising Ph.D. students and guiding them in their research work
- Participating in departmental and university-level committees
- Collaborating with faculty members from other departments on interdisciplinary research projects
- Developing and implementing new courses and programs in deep learning
- Serving as a resource person for students and faculty members on deep learning topics
- Participating in academic and professional development activities
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must have a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A postdoctoral research experience is preferred. Candidates with a UGC-NET with JRF qualification will be given preference. You must have a strong research background and a proven track record of publications in top-tier journals.
