Required Qualifications
1. A Ph.D. in Signal Processing or a related field from a recognized University.
2. A valid UGC-NET or SLET certification with a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).
3. A minimum of 3 years of postdoctoral research experience.
4. A strong publication record in top-tier international journals.
5. Experience in teaching and research in a University or research institution.
Academic Projects
The department offers opportunities for collaborative research projects with national and international research institutions. You will be expected to apply for research grants and secure funding for your research projects. The department has a strong record of securing research grants from national and international funding agencies.
Ph.D. Supervision
As an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - Signal Processing, you will be expected to supervise Ph.D. students and guide them in their research. You will also be responsible for evaluating Ph.D. theses and providing feedback to students.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Rs.45,000 - Rs.60,000 per month, as per UGC norms. You will also be eligible for research grants and other benefits as per University regulations.
