Present research outcomes at national and international seminars hosted by institutions such as IITs and NITs. Secure external funding from agencies like SERB, DST, or industry partners for innovative projects.
Supervise doctoral scholars enrolled in the Ph.D. program of Hindustan College Of Science & Technology. Serve as a member of departmental committees for accreditation and academic audits. Participate in outreach programs to promote STEM education among school students in Mathura and nearby districts.

Applicants must possess a Ph.D. in Electronics & Communication Engineering with specialization in Communication Systems from a recognized university. Candidates holding a post-doctoral fellowship or industry research experience will be preferred. A valid UGC-NET with JRF qualification is mandatory if the Ph.D. is not completed.
