Role Summary
Hindustan College Of Science & Technology invites applications for the post of ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - Industrial Engineering to join its faculty. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in Industrial Engineering.
What You Will Do
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Industrial Engineering to students.
- Conduct seminars and workshops to enhance students' understanding of Industrial Engineering concepts.
- Guide postgraduate students in their research projects and dissertations.
- Develop and implement new curriculum and courses in Industrial Engineering.
- Conduct industrial visits and fieldwork to provide students with practical experience.
- Participate in departmental and institutional activities as per requirements.
- Maintain a high level of academic standards and contribute to the growth of the department.
PG Class Profile
As an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR of Industrial Engineering, you will be teaching master level courses, guiding research projects, and mentoring students. You will be responsible for developing and implementing new curriculum and courses in Industrial Engineering, and conducting seminars and workshops to enhance students' understanding of Industrial Engineering concepts.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Industrial Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
- NET/SLET qualification is mandatory for candidates who do not hold a PhD.
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals and a good academic record.
- Candidate should have a good understanding of UGC regulations and state government rules.
