Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Technical Communication to students of Hindustan College Of Science & Technology, Mathura.
- Develop and implement curriculum for Technical Communication courses.
- Conduct tutorials, discussions, and seminars for students.
- Guide students in their projects and research work.
- Maintain a well-organized classroom environment and ensure that students are engaged in the learning process.
- Prepare and evaluate examination papers for Technical Communication courses.
- Participate in the development of the Department of Technical Communication at Hindustan College Of Science & Technology, Mathura.
- Attend meetings with colleagues and students to discuss course content and student progress.
Master Level Teaching
The selected candidate will be required to teach master level courses in Technical Communication, including project guidance and dissertation work. They will be responsible for guiding students in their research work and ensuring that they complete their projects on time. The candidate will also be expected to maintain a record of student progress and provide feedback to students on their performance.
Required Qualifications
The candidate must have a PhD in Technical Communication or a related field with a minimum of 55% marks. They must also have qualified in NET/SLET or have published research papers in peer-reviewed journals. The candidate should have a strong background in Technical Communication and be able to teach courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Learning and Development
To be eligible for promotion, the candidate must have an API score of at least 3.0. They must also have a track record of publication in peer-reviewed journals and have made significant contributions to the field of Technical Communication. The candidate will also be expected to participate in professional development activities and attend conferences related to Technical Communication.
What You Get
The selected candidate will be offered a salary of Rs.45,000 - Rs.60,000 per month, plus allowances as per UGC norms. They will also be entitled to other benefits as per the rules of Hindustan College Of Science & Technology, Mathura.
