Day-to-Day Duties
As an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR in Business Communication, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Communication, including lectures, tutorials, and workshops.
- Advising students on academic and career-related matters, and guiding them in research projects and internships.
- Participating in academic administration, such as curriculum development, program evaluation, and committee work.
- Engaging in scholarly research and publishing in reputable journals and conferences.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop new courses and programs in Business Communication.
- Representing the department and the university at industry events and conferences.
- Participating in faculty development programs and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
