ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - Financial Management in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh | University Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and graduate students in Financial Management, including core and elective courses.
- Conduct research in Financial Management and publish papers in leading national and international journals.
- Supervise Ph.D. students in Financial Management and guide them in their research.
- Participate in academic and administrative activities of the department and the university.
- Develop and implement new academic programs in Financial Management.
- Collaborate with other departments and institutions in conducting research projects and academic programs.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance teaching and research skills.
- Maintain a high level of professional knowledge and stay updated with the latest developments in Financial Management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ph.D. in Financial Management or a related field from a recognized university.
- Post-doc experience in Financial Management or a related field is preferred.
- UGC-NET with JRF in Financial Management or a related field is mandatory for Assistant Professor.
Academic Projects:
- The successful candidate will be expected to participate in collaborative research projects with faculty members in the department and other institutions.
- The candidate will have access to research grants and funding opportunities provided by the university and external agencies.
- The candidate is expected to publish research papers in leading national and international journals.
Ph.D. Supervision:
- The successful candidate will be expected to guide doctoral students in Financial Management and supervise their research.
- The candidate will be responsible for evaluating theses and dissertations submitted by Ph.D. students under their supervision.

- Salary: Rs.45,000 - Rs.60,000 per month as per UGC norms.
- Research grants and funding opportunities will be provided to the candidate.
