Role Summary
Hindustan College Of Science & Technology, a leading University in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, invites applications for the position of ASSISTANT PROFESSOR in Operations Management. We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our faculty as a Operations Management ASSISTANT PROFESSOR Job in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to our Operations Management academic program, conduct research, and engage in academic activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teach undergraduate and graduate students in Operations Management, including lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
2. Develop and maintain a rigorous research program, leading to publications in leading journals and conference presentations.
3. Supervise Ph.D. students in Operations Management, guiding them through their research projects.
4. Participate in departmental and University-level committee work, contributing to academic and administrative decisions.
5. Participate in curriculum development and reform, ensuring that our programs are relevant, up-to-date, and align with national and international standards.
6. Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to develop interdisciplinary research projects and programs.
7. Engage in outreach and public service activities, promoting the reputation of Hindustan College Of Science & Technology and the field of Operations Management.
8. Stay updated with the latest developments in Operations Management, including research, best practices, and industry trends.
9. Participate in academic conferences, seminars, and workshops, presenting research papers and engaging in discussions with peers.
Eligibility Criteria
A Ph.D. in Operations Management or a related field is mandatory for this position. Candidates with post-doctoral research experience will be preferred. Candidates who have cleared UGC-NET with JRF will be given preference.
