Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Corporate Governance, including theory, policy, and practice
- Develop and implement innovative curricula, pedagogies, and assessment methods
- Advise and mentor students in academic and professional development
- Participate in academic administration, including curriculum review, program development, and accreditation processes
- Engage in research and publication, including solo and collaborative projects
- Collaborate with industry partners and stakeholders to develop research projects and internships
- Develop and manage research grants and projects
- Participate in University-wide initiatives and committees
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Dean or Head of Department
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Corporate Governance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university
- Industry experience in Corporate Governance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Strong teaching, research, and academic administrative skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
