Day-to-Day Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Communication, including lecture preparation, delivery, and assessment.
- Conducting research and publishing papers in reputable journals and books.
- Supervising Ph.D. students and guiding them in their research.
- Participating in departmental and institutional activities, including committee work and academic events.
- Engaging in collaborative research projects with other faculty members and experts in the field.
- Developing and maintaining a strong research profile, including securing research grants and funding.
- Engaging in academic and professional development activities, including attending conferences and workshops.
- Collaborating with industry partners and experts to develop curriculum and research initiatives.
- Participating in departmental and institutional accreditation processes.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this position, the candidate must:
- Hold a Ph.D. in Business Communication or a related field from a recognized university.
- Have a strong research profile, with a minimum of 3 years of post-Ph.D. experience.
- Be registered for UGC-NET with JRF or have a strong publication record.
- Have a strong commitment to teaching and research in Business Communication.
- Be able to work collaboratively with other faculty members and experts in the field.
