- Conduct classes for MCA and M.Tech students in Distributed Systems.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Participate in curriculum development and revision.
- Conduct research in the area of Distributed Systems and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals.
- Guide postgraduate students in their research projects.
- Participate in academic and administrative activities of the university.
Postgraduate Students
As an ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR - Distributed Systems, you will be responsible for guiding postgraduate students in their research projects. You will mentor students in developing their research skills and help them publish their research papers in peer-reviewed journals. You will also guide them in preparing their thesis and projects.
Required Qualifications
The applicant must have a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks. NET/SLET qualification is mandatory for the post if the Ph.D. is not completed. The applicant must have published research papers in peer-reviewed journals and must have a good API score.
Your Growth Path
To advance in your career, you must have a good API score. As per UGC regulations, you must have a minimum of 3.0 API score to be eligible for promotion to the post of PROFESSOR. You must also have published a minimum of 4 research papers in peer-reviewed journals.
Salary and Benefits
