Prepare and deliver lectures on innovation ecosystems and rural entrepreneurship specific to Uttar Pradesh. Organize guest lectures by local entrepreneurs and industry experts. Manage student projects and startup incubation activities at Hindustan College Of Science & Technology.
Assess student performance through assignments, case studies, and presentations. Guide students in developing market-ready business plans and pitch decks. Coordinate with the placement cell for startup internships and industry tie-ups.
Master Level Teaching
At the master level, design and teach advanced courses such as Corporate Entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship. Supervise dissertation and thesis work in areas like digital entrepreneurship and sustainable business models. Mentor postgraduate students in publishing research in peer-reviewed journals.
Facilitate industry-linked capstone projects for MBA and M.Com students. Encourage interdisciplinary research in entrepreneurship and innovation. Collaborate with faculty across departments for joint research publications and workshops.
Required Qualifications
PhD in Entrepreneurship Development or a related discipline with minimum 55% marks. NET/SLET qualified candidates with PhD will be preferred. Minimum 3 years of teaching or industry experience in entrepreneurship development is required.
Published research in peer-reviewed journals in the field of entrepreneurship. Demonstrated ability to guide student startups and manage incubation centers. Familiarity with UGC norms for faculty positions in universities is essential.
