We invite applications for the post of ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR - Management Accounting to join our faculty team at Hindustan College Of Science & Technology. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned academic to contribute to the growth and development of our Management Accounting program.

What You Will Do
- Teach Management Accounting courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Advise and mentor students on academic and career-related matters
- Participate in academic administration, such as curriculum development and committee work
- Conduct research in Management Accounting and publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals
- Collaborate with faculty members from other departments to develop interdisciplinary courses and research projects
- Provide academic guidance to students and assist in their academic progress
- Participate in faculty development programs to enhance teaching and research skills
- Represent the university in national and international academic conferences and events
- Contribute to the development of the Management Accounting program and curriculum
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Management Accounting or a related field from a recognized university
- Industry experience in a related field is preferred
- Strong teaching, research, and academic administration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to the growth and development of the department
