Supervise B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. scholars in thesis and project work. Guide students toward publishing in peer-reviewed journals and filing patents.
Lead sponsored research projects funded by agencies like AICTE, SERB, or DST. Collaborate with regional MSMEs for technology transfer and consultancy assignments.
Publish original research in high-impact journals and present findings at national and international conferences. Mentor junior faculty and coordinate laboratory upgrades in advanced manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Manufacturing Engineering or allied fields from a recognized university is mandatory. Post-doctoral research or industry experience in smart manufacturing will be preferred.
UGC-NET with JRF qualification or equivalent is required for candidates without a Ph.D. Hindustan College Of Science & Technology adheres strictly to UGC norms for university recruitment.
Minimum three years of teaching or research experience in an AICTE/UGC-recognized institution is essential. Experience in guiding doctoral students or leading funded projects is desirable.
