- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Maintain a healthy academic environment and foster a sense of community among students and staff.
Master Level Teaching
- Teach master level courses, including Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Quality Management.
- Guide students in their research projects and dissertations.
- Develop and deliver curriculum for master level courses.
- Conduct seminars and workshops for students and faculty members.
Required Qualifications
- A Ph.D. in Operations Management or a related field with a minimum of 55% marks.
- NET/SLET qualification or Ph.D. with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
- Teaching experience of at least three years in a University or College.
- Strong research and academic background in Operations Management.
