Oversee daily library operations, including issue and return of books, and maintain accurate records.
Conduct periodic stock verification to ensure all materials are accounted for and in good condition.
Recommend new books and resources based on academic needs and student interests.
Manage library timings and ensure smooth access for all users during school hours.
Coordinate with teaching staff to align library resources with curriculum requirements.
Prepare reports on library usage, acquisitions, and student reading trends.
Required Qualifications
Must Have: Graduate degree from a recognized university with a Bachelor’s in Library Science or equivalent diploma.
Good to Have: Prior experience in a school library environment, preferably in Mathura or nearby areas.
Familiarity with library management software and cataloging systems will be an advantage.
