Encourage research culture among students and guide them in publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals. Represent Hindustan College Of Science & Technology at national and regional academic forums. Contribute to curriculum development and syllabus revision as per industry needs.
Master Level Teaching
Teach specialized master level courses such as Corporate Governance, International Business Law, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Supervise master’s level dissertations and project reports in Business Law Management. Provide academic guidance to postgraduate students pursuing research in law and management integration.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Business Law, Corporate Law, or related field with minimum 55% marks. Those with NET/SLET qualification in Law or Management are preferred if Ph.D. is not completed. Must have published at least five research papers in UGC-recognized or peer-reviewed journals.
Minimum five years of full-time teaching experience in a university or autonomous college is required. Experience in curriculum design and NBA/NAAC accreditation processes is desirable. Familiarity with legal databases and digital teaching tools is essential.
