Key Responsibilities
As a Professor of Cyber Security at Hindustan College Of Science & Technology, you will be responsible for:
- Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Cyber Security, including theory and practice.
- Conducting research in Cyber Security, with a focus on producing high-quality publications in national and international journals.
- Supervising Ph.D. students and guiding them in their research projects.
- Developing and implementing curricula for Cyber Security courses.
- Collaborating with industry partners to develop research projects and collaborations.
- Participating in departmental and university-level academic activities.
- Engaging in academic administration, including committee work and student advising.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of Cyber Security.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a Ph.D. in Cyber Security or a related field. A post-doctoral experience is preferred. You should also have a strong background in research, with a proven track record of publications in national and international journals. UGC-NET with JRF is mandatory for Assistant Professor position if Ph.D. is not completed. UGC norms will apply for the recruitment process.
