What You Will Do

Lead and participate in funded research projects under the department’s Data Science Research Group. Publish high-impact papers in Scopus/WoS indexed journals and present findings at national and international conferences. Contribute to sponsored projects from agencies like DST, CSIR, and private industry partners.
Guide doctoral students in their thesis work, from proposal development to final defense. Serve as internal and external examiner for Ph.D. evaluations at Hindustan College Of Science & Technology and other universities. Collaborate with peers to establish interdisciplinary research clusters in machine learning and big data systems.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Computer Science with specialization in Data Structures or closely related field is mandatory. A minimum of five years of teaching and research experience at the university level is required. Candidates with post-doctoral research or industry R&D experience will receive preference.
UGC-NET with JRF or CSIR-NET qualification is essential for applicants without a Ph.D. Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, and Python is necessary for curriculum delivery and research guidance.
