Guide doctoral students in their thesis work from proposal stage to final defense. Serve on Ph.D. committees for internal and external evaluations. Review research proposals and manuscripts for journals and conferences in the domain.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field with a specialization in Distributed Systems. Post-doctoral research experience is preferred. Those without a Ph.D. must have cleared UGC-NET with JRF or equivalent national eligibility tests as per UGC norms.
Minimum five years of teaching and research experience in a university or research institution is required. Prior supervision of Ph.D. students and leadership in funded projects is desirable. Experience in curriculum development and accreditation processes will be an advantage.
