Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations regularly. Guide students in research projects, case studies, and dissertation work. Organize guest lectures, workshops, and seminars on contemporary marketing issues.
Participate in academic committees, board meetings, and curriculum development initiatives. Mentor junior faculty and contribute to departmental growth and accreditation processes. Support extracurricular activities and student clubs related to marketing.
Master Level Teaching
Deliver specialized courses at the master’s level in Marketing Management for Hindustan College Of Science & Technology. Supervise M.Com, MBA, and M.Sc students in their research projects and dissertations. Guide students in publishing research papers in peer-reviewed journals.
Assist in the development of industry-linked projects and internship programs. Collaborate with industry partners to bring real-world marketing challenges into the classroom. Encourage innovation and entrepreneurial thinking among postgraduate students.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Marketing Management or allied fields with at least 55% marks from a recognized university. NET/SLET qualified candidates with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) may also apply. Minimum five years of teaching experience at the university level in marketing subjects.
Minimum five publications in Scopus/WoS indexed journals as per UGC norms. Active participation in national and international conferences on marketing and management. Demonstrated ability to lead research projects and secure funding is desirable.
