Day-to-Day Duties

Conduct live Google Meet sessions for doubt clearing in Hindi grammar and literature. Use smart boards to display Hindi poems with annotations and rhyme schemes. Assign digital worksheets on tenses and sandhi for practice at home. Monitor student progress on the LMS dashboard and share feedback with parents via SMS. Organize virtual Hindi debates and elocution contests using Zoom. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot digital tools used in Hindi classes.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Hindi with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed in Hindi as a compulsory subject. Three years of Hindi teaching experience in primary classes. Familiarity with Hindi language pedagogy and child psychology. Willingness to adapt to digital teaching methods and tools.
Preferred Skills
Digital literacy with experience in Google Classroom and LMS platforms. Ability to create simple Hindi digital content like worksheets and audio notes. Comfort with smart board operations and basic troubleshooting. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English for parent interactions. Interest in using technology to enhance language learning outcomes.
