About This Role
The Academic Supervisor at The Kuber Public School Meerut ensures academic excellence by overseeing curriculum implementation, teacher performance, and student outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Develop and monitor monthly academic plans aligned with CBSE guidelines.
Conduct surprise classroom observations to assess teaching quality and classroom management.
Organize quarterly teacher training sessions on new pedagogical techniques.
Track student progress through periodic assessments and recommend interventions.
Coordinate with subject coordinators to align lesson plans and assessment tools.
Prepare academic reports for the principal highlighting strengths and gaps.
Recommend textbook and resource upgrades based on current academic needs.
Ensure timely completion of syllabi without compromising on quality.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Graduation degree from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in school administration or academic coordination.
Good to Have
TET or CTET certification.
Prior experience in a CBSE-affiliated school.

Salary and Benefits
