Admission Counsellor Job in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh | School Vacancy — Immediate requirement.
Role Summary
Satyakaam International School is inviting applications for the position of Admission Counsellor in Meerut. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with at least two years of experience in educational administration or admissions. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing the school’s admission pipeline while maintaining strong community relations.
What You Will Do
1. Lead the end-to-end admission process for new academic sessions, including inquiry tracking and parent counselling.
2. Conduct campus visits and open house events to promote Satyakaam International School across Meerut and nearby districts.
3. Manage enquiry data, follow-ups, and conversion reports using school CRM or spreadsheet systems.
4. Organize and participate in education fairs and school exhibitions in Uttar Pradesh.
5. Coordinate with school leadership to set admission targets and review progress weekly.
6. Prepare admission brochures, fee structure documents, and digital content for online outreach.
7. Liaise with parents to resolve admission-related queries and ensure smooth onboarding.
8. Maintain accurate records of walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries for audit and reporting.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in any discipline. A diploma or degree in education (B.Ed or D.El.Ed) will be an advantage. Basic computer proficiency in MS Office and email communication is mandatory. Familiarity with CRM tools is desirable but not essential.
