2. Supervise and guide student hostel residents, promoting a sense of discipline and responsibility.
3. Monitor and address any issues or concerns related to hostel facilities, amenities, and services.
4. Coordinate with teachers and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures for hostel management, ensuring compliance with school and state regulations.
6. Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports on hostel activities, student performance, and any incidents.
7. Collaborate with the school administration to organize extracurricular activities, events, and trips for hostel residents.
8. Foster a positive and inclusive environment, promoting teamwork, mutual respect, and a sense of belonging among students.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, you should possess a postgraduate degree in any field. Experience as a hostel warden or in a similar role in a school setting is highly desirable. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
