About This Role
Bitglobal School Meerut seeks a skilled and experienced Hostel Warden for its residential facility. As a Hostel Warden, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for its students. Day-to-Day Duties
- Supervise and manage the hostel's day-to-day activities.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the hostel's administrative tasks.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Conduct regular checks on students' health, safety, and well-being.
- Enforce school rules and regulations within the hostel premises.
- Plan and organize extracurricular activities for students.
- Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, behavior, and progress.
- Collaborate with other staff members to address student concerns.
- Conduct regular inspections of hostel facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
