What You Will Do
As an NTT English Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering English lessons to cater to different learning levels and abilities
- Creating a supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement
- Differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including those with special needs
- Using a variety of teaching approaches and resources to engage students and promote learning
- Providing individualized support to students who require extra help
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement English language programs
- Assessing student progress and adjusting instruction to meet their needs
- Staying updated with the latest teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance student learning
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A graduate degree (BA/B.Sc) with a specialization in English or a related field
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
- A strong commitment to inclusive education and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
