About This Role
The Kuber Public School Meerut invites applications for the position of NTT English Teacher. This is a full-time role for an experienced professional who can shape foundational English skills in young learners. What You Will Do
Plan and deliver daily English lessons for Nursery to UKG students at The Kuber Public School Meerut. Develop age-appropriate teaching aids, flashcards, and digital content for interactive learning. Lead curriculum design for English in the NTT section and align it with CBSE guidelines.
Prepare students for school-based assessments and ensure smooth conduct of periodic English tests. Provide remedial support to students facing difficulty in basic reading and writing skills. Mentor students for intra-school and inter-school English recitation and storytelling competitions.
Coach students for upcoming board exam pattern questions at higher classes through simple, engaging methods. Collaborate with HOD English to implement new pedagogical tools and teaching strategies. Organize monthly English storytelling sessions and phonics fairs for parents and students.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university is essential. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this NTT English Teacher position. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in English for pre-primary or primary classes is required.
TET or CTET certification will be preferred during selection. Candidates with prior experience in The Kuber Public School Meerut or similar CBSE-affiliated schools will be given preference.
