Plan and conduct daily English classes for students, ensuring interactive lessons that blend grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills. Develop and adapt lesson plans using modern teaching methods, including storytelling, debates, and cultural activities. Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere by encouraging participation and building confidence in students. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate English across subjects, supporting interdisciplinary learning. Stay updated on teaching trends and educational policies to refine teaching practices.
To qualify, hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least two years of teaching experience in English. A graduate degree is required, though TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this position.
