The classroom consists of 3-5 year olds from diverse Meerut backgrounds, including families from nearby localities like Shastri Nagar and Rajendra Nagar. Most students are first-generation learners, making engaging Evs activities essential for their cognitive and social development.
Day-to-Day Duties
Conduct daily Evs lessons using activity-based learning, storytelling, and simple experiments. Organize monthly outdoor nature walks around Meerut’s local parks to connect classroom concepts with real-world surroundings.
Engage parents through weekly WhatsApp updates sharing student progress and Evs-based activities they can do at home. Collaborate with local NGOs to bring in recycling awareness programs for the school community.
Prepare low-cost teaching aids from recycled materials to make Evs tangible for young learners. Lead morning assembly sessions with Evs-themed talks or quizzes to build public speaking confidence.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory. Prior experience of at least two years in early childhood teaching is required. Preference will be given to candidates with familiarity of Meerut’s local culture and language.
