3. Develop and implement engaging teaching methods and materials.
4. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
5. Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
6. Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress.
7. Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development programs.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum.
9. Manage class discipline and student behavior.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Post Graduate Degree in Commerce with specialization in Accountancy
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. certificate
- U.P. Secondary Education Service Commission (UPSESC) eligibility
Good to Have:
- CTET or TET certification
- Experience in teaching Accountancy at a school level
- Strong understanding of Uttar Pradesh Board of High School and Intermediate Education (UP Board) curriculum
