- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Education
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a PGT Biology teacher in a recognized school
- Familiarity with the curriculum and requirements of the CBSE or ICSE board
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
