Role Summary
International Public School invites applications for the post of PGT Chemistry Teacher in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to students in grades 11 and 12, and will also be expected to plan and implement engaging Chemistry lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
Pedagogy and Tools
What You Will Do
Plan and deliver Chemistry lessons to students in grades 11 and 12
Prepare and conduct laboratory experiments and activities to illustrate Chemistry concepts
Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate student understanding of Chemistry concepts
Maintain student records and provide regular progress reports to parents and school administration
Develop and revise curriculum for Chemistry classes to ensure alignment with state board requirements
Support students with special needs and provide remedial assistance as required
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school development programs
Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment
Required Qualifications
A postgraduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.) with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification is required for this position. The candidate should also have a valid TET/CTET certification.
