Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Teaching Economics to students at the senior secondary level
* Preparing and delivering lesson plans, incorporating a range of teaching methods and technologies
* Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
* Utilizing digital resources and multimedia materials to create engaging lessons
* Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum reforms
* Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of school policies
* Using online teaching tools to engage with students and provide additional support
* Conducting online assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
* Postgraduate degree in Economics or a related field
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
* TET or CTET certification (desirable)
* 2 years of teaching experience in a senior secondary school
