Organize reading clubs and creative writing workshops to foster a love for literature. Use multimedia tools to enhance classroom engagement and learning outcomes. Prepare students for board exams with focused practice sessions. Maintain updated teaching records and submit progress reports on time. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff development programs. Encourage students to participate in debates, elocutions, and quizzes.
What you bring to the table
Postgraduate degree in English with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level. B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Strong command over English literature, grammar, and communication skills. Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and examination patterns is preferred.
